Story of my life...When I was young,
I was told to break free,
"Don't follow the crowd,
Be who you want to be."
At first I was happy,
For I knew only parents,
My naivete abound,
My inexperience plenty.
But then came the school,
And its factory teachings,
Where my crime was difference,
And for this I suffered.
I was confused during my first year,
Life was tough but my teacher nice,
Not everything the same did I hear,
Sometimes it felt like I was on ice.
As time went on, I grew to know,
I was different and should be alone,
I was bullied some, but this too did stop,
For I wasn't worth it, I tattled a lot.
I grew to always play alone,
A roleplayer's beginning...When one steps foot upon this land,
They best be set for what's at hand,
Many creatures inhabit here,
Waiting for guidance to come clear.
Some be wicked, some be noble,
Some naive or despicable,
All are different, all unique,
Yet still some people do critique.
What be you, now, and choose wisely,
For the creatures, weak and mighty,
Havoc they will wreak ungodly,
Or, perhaps, an angel saintly?
It does not matter which you take,
For your life will not be at stake,
Yet, for sure, your character's will,
For during war nothing is still.
